We have evolved, through field trials and in-house R&D, diamond for various types of marble and granite.

Marble

We have produced more than 1.5 million wire saw pearls for practically all types of marble in India ranging from soft, non-abrasive to very hard, high quartz marbles.

Granite

We are the pioneers in manufacture of diamond wire for granite. We produce both rubberized diamond wire as well as plastic coated diamond wire. The choice between the two is dependent on the granite quality, operating conditions as well as customer preferences. We have produced more than 12,000 m of diamond wire for all types of granites ranging from black, non-abrasive to multicoloured, abrasive granites.

RCC

As pioneers in the field of wire saws, we have introduced for the first time in India, a unique concept in construction/demolition - the use of diamond wire for cutting RCC.

The advantages of using diamond wire saw for cutting RCC vis-à-vis other traditional methods are:

		Controlled demolition
		Faster and cleaner
		Extremely cost effective
		Low noise
		Low vibration
		No damage to adjacent structure
		Import substitute

We have also successfully manufactured diamond wire for cutting RCC. We employed this technique for demolition of a factory shed of 5,000 sq.m. We were able to cut through reinforced beams and columns having as much as 32 mm dia steel. Our product performance has been excellent both in terms of speed and life of the wire. In order to popularize the concept, we also undertake turnkey projects, wherein we provide men, machine and diamond wire for demolition of concrete structures.
